All orders placed on this website are subject to our standard terms & conditions of sales which are detailed

Definitions:
- "Buyer" means the organisation or person who buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.
- "Contract" means the contract between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale and purchase of Goods
incorporating these Terms and Conditions.
- "Goods" means the articles that the Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller.
- "Seller" means LledoModels.com, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom
- "Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and any
special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
Conditions:
- These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the sale of Goods by the Seller to the
Buyer.
- The Seller reserves the right not to supply any Goods due to unforseen circumstances (including but
not limited to the Goods not being considered fit for sale).
- The Seller will not ship any Goods to the buyer until payment for the Goods has been made in full
(inluding appropriate delivery costs).
- All Goods sold are unsuitable for children 36 months and younger, all Goods are sold as collectible
items and not as toys.
